Ewen Church - Founder
Principal Consultant
Ewen started his career in banking before moving into local government in 1998 with Upper Hutt City Council as Information Systems Manager. During this time, he became a board member of ALGIM.
Following this, Ewen co-founded Splice Group specialising in providing GIS services and CIO virtual services. After three years he rejoined local government as CIO at Palmerston North City Council.
Returning to Wellington in 2017, Ewen was appointed CIO at Kāpiti Coast District Council.
After moving to Christchurch and leaving council in August 2024, Ewen founded CIO2GO focussing on providing technology management and support services to predominantly small and medium sized councils.
Ewen provides clients virtual CIO services, programme and project management along with change management services.
Nolene Human - Associate
ERP Consultant
Nolen has enjoyed a varied career, from working as a Senior Accountant in South Africa to moving to New Zealand and transitioning into the world of projects, processes and technology.
Developing her skills as a Technical Business Analyst has allowed Nolene to move into the ERP space where she has focussed on requirements gathering, product analysis, configuration, testing, training and application deployment support.
Nolene's knowledge of council unique processes allows her to identify and document gaps in out of the box (OOTB) solutions.
Nolene is passionate about helping her clients get the most out of their technology while equipping their teams with the tools and knowledge to manage change confidently.
